Pregnancy is a dramatic change for the body! While movement is immensely important to maintain overall health in both pregnancy and postpartum, there can be a lot of questions that arise along the way. SL Performance works with you to understand safe modifications throughout pregnancy, address discomforts and imbalances as the body changes and work to prepare the body for life after baby! In the postpartum phase, we help you navigate the transition back into fitness. Initially we need to reconnect to the core and this begins with breathwork. We then continue to regain the strength needed to return to activity and keep up with our little ones!
