Mobility Training


Supplement your training with programming that allows the body to move more efficiently both during and outside of your workouts! Without mobility work, the body is limited in its range of motion. This decreases performance and can increase risk of injury. Movement compensations and misalignments will be addressed here.

Sarah has been helping to relieve chronic pain in my neck, shoulder, back and hip. She has helped me identify my faulty movement patterns and is helping me correct them by strengthening the right muscles to do the right job. My shoulders are less hunched so that means less pain and better range of motion. I could hardly get my hand to the small of my back. I don’t have any low back pain, which I had all the time, especially after walking for exercise or sightseeing!

This is the first year in many years that I will play golf year-round thanks to Sarah's excellence as a Pilates instructor. Before I started working with Sarah, I was only able to get through a 6-month golf season because of the tight muscles in my hips, shoulders and back.​.. The stretches, exercises and balance work have improved my flexibility, strength and balance during my swing sequence resulting in a longer ball flight.
