Occupational Wellness


SL Performance works with active professional communities to enhance their physical performance while on the job. Physically demanding positions, especially found in the tactical and military worlds, often lead to symptoms such as low back pain, aching knees and overall tightness in the body. Working to create a training balance for such a demanding and high risk occupation is key in order to prioritize longevity and injury prevention.
