Sarah is an amazing trainer! I am stronger since I have started with her- I can lift heavier weights and hold longer planks. Sarah challenges me while encouraging and motivating me. She is always well-prepared for my sessions with a warm-up, exercise program and cool down that target specific areas. ​Although well-prepared, Sarah is flexible and quickly adapts to any injuries or soreness I might be experiencing. After each workout I feel stronger, healthier and more accomplished.
